I have worked in the tech industry in London for over a decade, most recently as a data scientist at Facebook (2019-2022).
I’ve managed teams of developers building data systems for FTSE 100 companies. I developed a start-up app that connected to the U.K. banking system, and I’ve hacked around on countless coding side-projects over the years.
I stumbled into no-code when helping a friend’s start-up figure out how to build an internal system, and realised the entire thing could be built in Airtable. I built it for them in a matter of weeks and was astonished at the speed, quality and versatility of the tool. That experience made me realise how much potential no-code has to slash the costs of building custom software, and to democratise the ability to ‘code’.
